Dementia Friend Service

Just a small token to make others feel better. 

We are proud in the service we offer to our customers and we continually invest in ongoing improvement. Recently Darrell Smith has taken the time to commit to the Dementia Friends course. With this Darrell has gained an understanding how to improve our service to all of our customers.

Buying carpet a new way.

We are fully aware that buying carpet is a very infrequent activity for the household.  As it should be as a quality carpet or vinyl fitted correctly can last you many many years.  This is where are come in.

Working with UK based suppliers and focusing on our training and continued improvement.  We pride ourselves with our service and products.

Finding the right business to convey our business

We want to show our services to potential and current customers and to do that we sourced the photographic services of Cherry Beasley from  Simply C Photography  Cherry uses candid images to show the professional service we offer. With the finished images showing how easy it is to purchase carpets with us here at Archway.

Allow customers to browse our samples in the comfort of their home. 

We are not sending Christmas Cards this year. But we are sending our best wishes.

Here at Archway Carpets are not sending Christmas cards to their customers this year, they are donating that and a bit more to the Emmuas – Ipswich #Socks appeal for the Homeless of Ipswich. They will use the money to buy Socks and underwear for those that are in the Ipswich night shelter.
